How soon will I get it?
The first batch goes out on October 24 in order of sign-up. After that, Master Chen completes your reading within seven days of sign-up and we email you.
What if I’m not sure of my birth time?
The birth hour affects how accurate the reading is, so please confirm it if you can. When making your chart you can choose whether to use true solar time.
Can I sign up for a family member?
Yes. Make a chart for them in your own member account, then choose that chart when you sign up. Each chart is signed up separately.
I already bought one 2027 item separately. Can I still sign up?
If a chart already has a 2027 item, the system will warn you so you don’t pay twice. Choose another chart, or contact us and we’ll help.
How does “Read it to me” work?
Once your reading is ready, open it in your member area and press “Read it to me” — it is read aloud, no need to keep your eyes on the screen.
